My home loan account constantly Not being debited

This is the second month in a row that nedbank was supposed to debit my bond account but they did not. This is really upsetting because this will affect my credit record. What is the problem really, last month the same thing I gave you my account details because you had the wrong details this month what is the problem. I'm so disappointed, I'm really regretting why I shifted from Capitec to this bank.
