Nedbank debited my account for my loan repayment on the 13 December 2013 instead of the last day of the month as stated in the loan contract. This is unacceptable as my bank returned the debit order leaving me with a bad credit record at my bank. This is so unproffesional as my agreement with them stipulated that I get my salary paid to me on the last day of the month. What gave them the right to debit my account earlier than the agreed date between us? I am so angry right now as my bank will not be able to clear my account record for another year as an RD on the account stays for that period of time. Really digusted at nedbank.
