I am irrited and vol with Capitec. When I open a loan with them I advised them to Debit my Nedbank account, biut to my surprise they kept on debiting both my Ned bank and capitec account. I went to the Randburg branch and trying to sort it out but I was told by the consultant that it will be fixed. But the problem still carries on unresolved. Last month they debited Capitec only, this month i had Servings of about R531.00, they took my money, then next day also debited my Ned Bank account with out reversing the monies they took from Capitec. I'm having a night mare with this process as I don't have a chance to go to the branch every month as it's always full. I can't even close the servings account untill I pay off the loan. I just don't know what to do any more.
