Still debiting on the wrong bank account

Hi.
I'm having a problem with the way legalwise is doing things. In April this year I changed from capitec to nedbank. After doing that I called the head office and gave them my new banking details, which they never had a problem they got their money end of may. Then the problem started in June. When I got the call from the consultant saying I didn't't pay. Then I consulted my bank and was told that they never send the request to them, it was sent to capitec bank. I spoke to them again and updated the bank details. You guys still went to the capitec bank instead of nedbank. I'm very disappointed the way they handled this query. Now i'm two months behind because of your incompetence and mistakes. I'm thinking of cancelling this cause its affecting my budget.
