When degrading from platinum to smart account

Hi, i have degraded my platinum account to smart account since i am not happy with FNB being with them almost 5 years.. By the time of degrading they didnt tell me that Smart account will be chargeable for debit orders and withdrawls..only information i told was i wont be able to keep my Over Draft then i paid my over draft and degraded to smart account, i have only seen later once my debit order went through from my account..if that was the i am very tired of fnb now and they my money for not providing wrong information. now i have decided to close my all FNB accounts (car loan, credit card etc) this is the bad service on top of many times i offered worst service... real disappointing from FNB why they do this to real loyal customers.
