FNB reopening accounts without approval

I had a Platinum business and personal bank account with FNB. I bought a smart device through my account. I needed a business loan from FNB last year and they were not prepared to help. Standard Bank did, so I moved all my account over to Standard Bank. I closed all FNB accounts excepting for my C/Card. The smart device was not paid for so FNB handed me over to Groenewalt and Lubbe, Debit orders where made till the device was fully paid for. Someone at FNB just decide to reopen my personal account without any communication. Charges were made to the account, which put me in arrears. I was not aware of the double charges for the device. When the device was paid, I notified FNB. The amounts on the account which i did not open remained. FNB has now blacklisted me with the credit bureau. I now have a bad credit rating due to FNB and I need this cleared immediately. I never gave permission for the account to be reopened and I was not contacted about the account at anytime. I feel it is wrong for my name to be made bad, when it is not my fault, but that of FNB doing what they like and not communicating with me. I need my credit rating stored to excellent.
