Too high bank charges

I have a cheque and a smart account with FNB, recently i started transfering all my funds from cheques accoutn after payday to my smart account to avoid too much fnb bank charges, but it seems that didnt work at all because even on my smart account i get too much charges, each charge has a different namei get charged R49 for service fees, R114 for vaue added service fees, R43 for waivable service fees, R11 monthly acc.fee, that is the total of R217 only on fees.
When i opened the account i was told i would only pay a monthly fee of R11 but now things have changed, i think someone needs to go to do some research from other banks because FNB is killing me, i dont even have any debit orders on this SMART ACCOUNT but yet i still get billed this much, if im charged R217 on fees from my SMART ACCOUNT how much more if it was a cheques account... Please guys you reaping people off now.its like some sort of .im sure Capitec is much much lower/less on charges than this, i dnt even get my salary on this account but im taxed this much.
