Hi, I would like to express my sincerest appreciation and thanks to Wesley from Budget Insurance for handling my claim to repair my brand new Ford Figo. I crashed into a closing gate on sun. 13 Jan and damaged my beautiful new red Ford Figo.
On monday 14 Jan, I called Budget Insurance and Wesley (011 715 7592) from claims helped me with arranging the repairs to my car. He booked an assesment for my car at the Easyway Assessment Centre in Bryanston for tues. 15 Jan at 15:00. The entire team made my entire experience splendid!! I was made feel special & not stupid for having bumpred my car! The courtesy shown to me, all specifics explained & their beautiful cool reception area where I relaxed was the cherry on the top. Thank you for suche amazing service!!
