I have a Black Berry through FNB and I was called by the bank to open a credit card account because they were running a discount if you have a smart phone with them aswell.
I have ordered the Credit card and actually went through 5 weeks before receiving it.
When I received it I have been spending the R1500 Per month but Have never received the Discount off the smart phone.
I have now called the call center both Credit card and smart phone and have gotten the run around each time.
I actually want to settle my smart phone so that I can order an Ipad but I want the discount that I am Owed taken off the remaining amount or deposited into my account.
I dont know why each department refers you to another department to refer you to the next department.
Also why run a promotion you can not run successfully???
Ive been a customer of FNB for 10 Years, and Every now and again - I wonder why?
