Good day Sir/Madam

I was told at the branch that my platinum account was closed on the 02/07/2013, but only to find that it is not closed as per our agreement. When i call fnb-online to verify the closure of the account, i was told by LEBO that the smart cheque account is not the qualifying account for the smart device. FNB is treating me unfairly and this situation is affecting me negatively both in business and personal. now i have to pay for the penalties caused by debit orders that i do not know of and i have also open a case against these companies who are still taking money from my account unauthorised. these is totally unprofessional and unacceptable. please help me again. i have been to the branch twice last week but nothing was done.
