FNB Emerging Farmer Platinum Cheque Account

On the 11Th March 2013 i received an incontact message about an emerging farmers platinum account that is opened in my name. it showed a balance of -R2499.
I called my premier banker immediately to enquire about the account and she didn't have a clue
Today 18 April 2013 i get a call from Maharaj attorneys and i'm told that FNB has handed me over to them because i breached the contract of the smart application account that i signed. I was told that i have not been paying my smart device as agreed. I am still shocked because i have never received any information from FNB regarding this account and i have been paying my smart account through a debit order every month. FNB is 5 minutes to losing a client and i will stop recomending this bank to my family and friends if they dont fix this mess
