After receiving shocking service last year from DSTV, I opted to use on-line service when connecting my holiday home dstv. I did this on my blackberry and even though I only have 2 decoders under my name, there was a 3rd smart card number. I must have activated this smart card by accident and as it wouldn't allow me to deactivate it, I assumed it was supposed to be on. After checking my bank statements, my account has been debited for 2 decoders, my home and for a nonexistent smart card which provides no service to anyone. After speaking to Tpeso at Multichoice, I was advised that on-line service is my responsibility and no-one can help me and I won't be refunded for the 2 months debited. She has removed the nonexistent smart card from my account. It is the responsibility of DSTV when providing on-line service that they have the correct accounts on the system and if they are going to put old smart card on it, it should NOT be able to be activated. I would like the money refunded to me. As my debit order is in my husbands name, please ensure that you put my account into credit as you did last year when you also buggered up my account.
