I have Two Nedbank Personal Loans. One loan I paid an extra instalment last year therefore I did not pay in January. I then get letters saying they are going to take legal action against me as the other loan was in arrears (I was paid up to date). A consulant then calls me and gets extremly rude with me when I explain the entire story to her, she said she would call me back, and still has not. I then phoned the Personal loan dept. Was told nothing is in arrears and arranged for the debit order to go off the other account as from the end of February. I received an sms yesterday saying it has not gone off the account. Then phoned the Personal loan dept, the lady I was busy with put the phone down in my ear. Had to phone again spoke to another man, who was rude, arrogant, sarcastic and anything but helpful. He then said I never called in and made arrangements and I should see to it I make a payment at the bank. I told him this is the worst service I have ever gotten and that I was going to make a complaint on this site. I was told that it was my problem if i wanted to do so. I have had it with Nedbank, they messing up my credit record, high in charges and have rude staff. i will be changing!
