Old Mutual Enquiry --CCC5243335

I have sent this query in on the 20th of December, re annuity income that is due to the widow of Estate Late DS du Toit for more than 3 years now. The call centre agent (Jack) confirmed that problem is due to a manager that did not release the funds and that it would be sorted quickly. To this date we have not received any further feedback and the interest is mounting! I have since sent 2 follow-up e-mails and still no response!
