Stacey gave me very good service when I went into the Horison branch today. She was busy with something else when I approached her for assistance but she immediately put what she was doing down and attended to me. She then assisted me with more that what I intially asked for and did it with a smile. I felt valued as a customer - we could certainly do with more Staceys' in the service industry.
