Affinity have been so disappointing to me, so is One Call Insurance brokers who have simply been so dis interested, I had an accident with my car the claim was submitted after the cost to repair the vehicle was 28 000 they wanted to write the vehicle off and I said no as their payout was a ridiculous
Amount. I then told them I wanted the car repaired and they agreed and I signed their form. Then two weeks later they tell me they are not repairing the said vehicle they are writing it off.now I don not even have my car it is with Mandos Salvage yard and if I want my vehicle back I must pay all storage fees and release fees. I feel this is so criminal justice should be done to parties involved. Please people be warned.
