BAD SERVICE FROM AFFINITY UNDERWRITERS

I had an accident on the 31/03/13, reported it same day. submitted a claim 02/03/13.since then been waiting and calling, e-mailing everyday but to date haven't had any concrete feedback. the accessor was apointed and he told them (affinity) that the car is a write-off, they then apoint an investigator which according to them is still investigating.i paid my premium for this month for the car i dont have.whats worse is that i had to back pay for curtesy car cause they say it was my fault, that i didnt make it clear that i want it when i took the insurance but i know for a fact that i was never asked and i then assume its part of the package. now i have to return the car sunday 5th may, which will live stranded... i know they suppose to extend curtesy car while investigating but they dont want to give me an answer. now they are ignoring my call and not answering my e-mail. i've asked to speak to Directors but no one is will to give their number cause consultant were rude to me (Keneilwe)..Andre Botha one of the manager even tol me that i have an attitude, Chamu Nembire, havent returned my mail/call, Thelma Jim is trying. Kirsten van Staden said must be refunded of my premium.so help me
