Affinity Underwriters service not the best

I had a car accident in November 2012.Affinity underwriters did the administration for this claim . I filled in all relevant information, asked for, immediately and emailed the documents to them.
Call centre a nightmare to contact.( only have mobile phones where I live).Spoke to Kirsten van Staden who kindly assured me of her help.and alsoThulani /Thami/Mandy/Chamu and a few more.I felt I had to chase the company for information or assistance.
Again I Couriered(at cost of R175) futher info/documents on 4th April expecting to be paid in a few days.But I'm still not paid out .The reason now was that they have a different bank account details on my debits- as to the details I gave them on a these signed forms. The said now they needed an email from me to give permission to load this up on their computers.We still wait in hope after sending more info./documents.Why did they not check this in the first instance? Why was this signed document not enough?
It should not take this long to receive a payout when I have been quick to send in documents /info asked for.
My wife and I have been stressed and distressed by this business.
