AFFINITY INSURANCE
AFFINITY HAS NOT PAID FOR INSURANCE 8 WEEKS LATER

I had an accident on the Saturday, 27 May 2013. I created an accident report on the Sunday, 28 May 2013.

I reported my accident to Keneilwe Motlokwane from Affinity, on Monday, 29 April 2013 at 9:24 who informed me to submit the accident report and my driver's licence. I also submitted the following copies settlement letter from the bank, driver's licence and copy of registration. I have been sent from pillar to post by Affinity. Today, will mark 9 weeks without my car. I have been patient enough and I have begged Keneilwe Motlokwane, Selma Jim, Sumeshni Pillay, Kirsten Van Staden and finally Chamu Nembire the Complainant Manager to assist me.

My car is beyond repair. And I have not had a call from Anna-Marie the interviewer/investigator who is going to be the deciding person if Affinity gets to pay for my claim. 8 weeks after accident I mention Ombudsman and I get a courtesy car. Affinity is still silent. I want to get reimbursed for the months I have been paying for a ghost car. I also want them to pay for my car so that I can move on with my life.

WEEK 2 PUSHING PAPER WORK, WK 3 CAR ASSESSMENT, WK 7 TALKING TO COMPLAINT MANAGER,
WK 9 STILL PAYING FOR A GHOST CAR.
