Lost R180 through Standard Bank Recharge Service

On the 19th of Nov 2012 I tried 3 times to recharge my MTN number with R30 and at each instance I received an error message. However 3xR30 was debited from my account. My MTN number was never credited after that.

06 Dec 2012, I tried to recharge and the same thing happened, debit on my Standard Bank account but no credit on my MTN number.

On the 31st of Dec 2012 I lost R30.

AND today (13 Jan 2013) via internet banking I have lost R30. I keep on getting a Technical Error message but my money is deducted from my account.

Please credit my STD cheque account with R180 owed to me as I never receive the airtime I was trying to buy.

Standard Bank please attend to your system as it seems to be a blackhole that our hard earned cash.
