Configuration Lost after card was disabled

I was contacted by Standard Bank about transactions that went through on my account from Canada. To my concern I told the Standard Bank representatives I do not know anything about this which they then immediately blocked my cheque card and provided me with a reference number 6425444 and that I can contact them on 0800222050 to get a status update.

I have a spare debit card linked to the same account as my cheque card and when I logged in to internet banking I saw all my beneficiaries are gone as well as my eft transfer limits was reset to 0. This has caused so much frustration with me and this was not my doing. Standard Bank stopped my services and now I lost all my configuration.

Due to my current work environment I cannot leave work and I feel that this is not my duty to go in to the branch as I will repeat this was not my doing.

I contacted the number listed above to explain to the Standard Bank representative what happened and she said will talk to someone in a department that could assist me with getting back all my configuration but I was call forwarded to a computer voice menu that did not aid me at all.

Please Standard Bank, I need my configuration back ASAP
