Left struggling with FNB

I am very disappointed in FNB.

I lost my credit card 10 days ago and called FNB immediately to cancel the card and order a new one.

My issues extended further to this in that I have lost my pin number for my cheque account.

Now I have asked FNB twice now, in urgency to call me, but still to this day - NO COMMUNICATION!

I literally have No access to ANY money!!! I am begging from people, lending and all because FNB won't contact me to at least tell me what my pin is for my cheque account.

I switched from Standard Bank to FNB and am regretting it hugely as Standard Bank would have supplied me with I new card by this stage and I could send a secure message to receive a pin number.

Please please please call me!!! I am desperate, I owe people money!
