I received two sms today... amount of R 5500 and R 5594 withdrawn form my cheque account and sent to an unknown account. Message on the internet banking site informs of a system error, multiple debit orders... going off... I quote" we apologise for any inconvenience caused."??? go F u r self Standard bank. I am now broke with a week to go before pay day. I WANT MY MONEY... NOW! I have blocked my account for fear of any further deductions. So how does Standard bank refund me if my account is blocked?

I WILL CLOSE MY ACCOUNT IF I DONT GET PROPER RESTITUTION. Capitec bank, you may very well have a new client for life by end of this week. Standard bank, you are way beyond pathetic.

This time I will vote with my feet. You had better sort this out pronto.
