I am absolutely disgusted with the service from Standard Bank, on the 20th of December i have realised after going onto my internet banking that Standard bank have taken my hard earned money from my savings account and paid my cheque account off without any notification or call from the company. This is not on, i have bills to pay at the end of the month (which includes my home loan account, with Standard Bank by the way).
How do i pay these accounts now??? now i will be unable to pay my house off< the roof over my families head. And worst of all, its over the Christmas period.
i was never contacted by anyone at Standard Bank to say that they were going to take the money from me, this is bad service, i have been a loyal client of Standard Bank for over 10 years now and i am really shocked at the service recieved.
i guess i will be moving my account to another bank in the new year.
