I've complained so many times about this before, and again this has happened when I tried to purchase a 300MB R79.00 internet bundle on internet banking. This was on 31/05/2013.
The website showed a message that the recharge was unsuccessful due to a technical error, yet my account was debited.
Please correct this, I (and you) would hate it if I should make a scene at my branch.
