2nd occasion in 3 months of the worst service eve

On 05/10/2013 my smart device order has been placed, it is now 29/11/2013, 20 emails later and a few very expensive cell phone calls later as well. on Monday 25/11/2013 i was PROMISED by Deklin of your smart device call center that i will receive my device on friday 29/11/2013 which is today, i spoke to him twice today already and he still promised i will get it today, it is now 13h15 and still no device or contact from Deklin or the courier company. i am totally disgusted in the service FNB provides. i will be making this public in every way that i can-the bank that promises but never delivers, even if i stop ONE person from changing to FNB it will be fine with me but i will try my best to get as many people as possible to stay away from FNB. after three promises that i will get my device today i am certain that next week Friday i will still be waiting. and at the end of the day when the device gets to me all should be forgiven, NOTHING will be done to further satisfy my disgust in FNB's service-take it and shut up we just want your payment ON TIME WITHOUT HASSLES and dont DARE give us the run around or our lawyers will be set on you while we treat you the way we want to
