Device Insure Taken Without Permission

I got a tablet through my FNB Chaeque account in Jan 2013 and selected not to take insurance through them as I have my own prsonal insurance that I used. On Thursday morning, 27/06/2013, I received a sms notification saying that R223.95 was deducted from my account for Device Insurance which I never asked for. I phoned the Smart Device department and they confirmed that I selected "NO" on my application and told me to send a mail to [Email Removed] and ask that the policy be cancelled and that I be refunded so I did as I was told. I also phoned the General Inquiries to lodge a complaint and was told someone will contact me back within 3-4 working days. It is now Tueday, 02/07/2013, and I am still awaiting someone to contact me and sort this out...
