I requested insurance from your company, i went through the whole deal and jarris said it will conclude once he has the engine number of the vehicle and the registration. i was at the dealership in hope to fetch the car, and with the repayments being too much i had to cancel as i cant afford it. i called your contact centre as I wanted the policy request cancelled as i have no vehicle. I was told the policy is already activated and you are taking monies from my bank account on 01.03.2013. I dont authorise this debit order and I want this policy closed. I cant afford it and i dont have a car. i work in a call centre and am available to be contacted after 8.30pm and before 11am. please close this policy, if i am charged i will discontinue my discovery health policy from you guys. i dont want to leave but you may leave me with no choice
