FNB smart device department

I acquired two smart devices through FNB a few months ago but at the beginning of July I noticed a third device appeared under my profile which I did not order. On lodging a complaint with FNB they admitted that they made an administrative error adding one device a second time. This for starters I don't believe as 3 months passed between when I received the device and started paying for it and them adding it a second time to my profile.
It's been almost a month and they still have not been able to resolve this issue, in the mean time my account gets deducted for a device a don't have nor ordered also including insurance for this device and a delivery fee. I already laid two complaints through the usual FNB channels, asking to escalate this with absolutely no success. No one to speak to that is actually in a position to make a difference in resolving this issue. I want the refunds promised by FNB for the device installment, insurance and the delivery fee and I want the duplicate device removed from my profile and I would like to know when this is going to happen. How can FNB deduct anything from my account without any paperwork signed by me, this amounts to . Fix this FNB!!
