The service one gets from Nedbank as a finance house is the poorest I have experienced in a long time. On TV they advertise that they are pro developing and supposedly helping small business to grow! What a joke. I went to them with a proven track record as a customer, to the point where my banker at the branch commented " you have grown really well since aquiring the business". Now when I go and ask for the help that they advertise on DSTV of late, clearly I dont fit the profile for lendinding money to, as they just keep fobbing me off, with answers like, it is on the server, and you have to wait your turn, and it has been referred further up in management, manager says she will look at it today, then the following day, the manager says she will look at it in about an hour, and whn I call again at 3:30pm, I am told, sorry the person you are dealing with has gone off for the day already, yet he promised me an answer two hours ago. This just rolls on from one day to the next! No wonder small businesses fail and crash if this is the kind of "help" and "guidance" we get from our bankers, in my case NEDBANK!!!
