Nedbank Dishonor-warnin to other small businesses

Our small business was approached by Nedbank admin depart.jhbto do their year end function. Nedbank accepted our quotation and confirmed in writing that they will be using our small business. After many efforts a venue was found, food menu's prepared, music, sourcing and endeavours made to ensure a successful function.confirmation was given that payment will be made and a venue could be secured using our own funds, months later still No payment of our 50 percent deposit from Nedbank. Nedbank then advised that they opted to cancel the said year end function. Now our effects in vain, we are left to wait 90 days in hope that the hall will refund our deposit payment. Nedbank will not make payment of a cancellation fee to our small business. It is horrific and deeply saddening that such a large organisation, currently running a promotion of small business campaign, now expect us the small business to absorb the cost we have incurred with no reimbursement for our wasted efforts by way of the cancellation fee. Why promote small business only to use and misuse them, leaving them worse of than before. Toying with small businesses, what options do we have when dealt the hand of a corporate giant
