How the does African Bank/Bears submitt a debit order on the 22/02 whereas my agreement with them is on the 27th when I get my salay. I'm finishing this account in October this year and in the time I've had it I have NEVER missed a payment and they cannot provide me with a letter of apology to send to my bank for their careless mistake all they can do is refund my bank charges... my profile will be dented with my bank as a result of this, I want this error to be confirmed in writting and today still
