You put your money in the bank to be safe now your money is being debited and when you ask for it to be reversed you are told to bring a letter as if the company or person responsible will gladly give you a letter to reverse the money instead of questioning the company who debits your account they question you as a "Valued Client" mxm. They should just reverse the money if the company or person asks why then they can simply just call the client that's it, what happened to customer is always right? with other institutes we dont have these issues and this kind of behaivour like becasue how would a give you a letter to get your, money back?
