Capitec is disgusting

I'm very much by the way Capitec handles the reversal procedure. I mean, if a company that I don't know debits money from my account, why do I have to struggle to get my money back? There are vultures out there who are busy our money and Capitec is refusing to reverse those amounts because they say we should call those companies who debits to reverse from their side, something which is a very long process to go through. This morning an amount of R129.00 was debited from my account and I didn't know what was that for so I called Capitec, they told me that the money was debited by FNB who is also debiting for a certain company who is also debiting for Personalised Systems & Services who is also debiting for One Call Direct. I finally reached OneCallDirect and asked them to return my money and they sent me a letter which states that the bank can reverse the money back to my account and the Branch manager in Mall of the North refused to do so because she says the letter didn't have a letterhead of the company concerned. I mean it's my money and I have a right to reverse any transaction that I don't agree on. I'm going to look for a bank that can cater for my needs...
