On the 02/02/2013 i went to std bank atm at alexandra pan to deposit R2000 on my bluebin card, the machine has taken R1450 and bring back R550 and the money was never reached my account as it written error message on the screen machine, i went to service centre to get help, sindi called gijima for checkup and i got this refference number 51736598 and she promised to give me a call within 3days and she never did, i went there again on the 07/02/2013 and she made same empty promise. i emailed customer service and until now i never get a respond.i am so worried that std bank employees sell services they can not maintain.
