1. Applied for loan at African Bank Tyger Valley on 29 January 2013.2 All documents were handed to consultant Rossane.3. Documents checked and my address differed. 4. I was given a declaration which my mom had to sign to correct this.5. On the 30 January 2013 handed all documents in including declaration and my mothers ID. 6.The consultant stated they cant accept the proof of residence as the account is sent to the postal address. 7. The consultant referred matter to the manager Domingo. 8. The manager said I must get my Letter of appointment to show my address is the same one as on my payslip. Letter done..9. The Manager instructed the consultant to complete pre -agreement contract. 10. The forms were signed by myself and the consultant and a autobank card issued.11. I was told ones the letter is received the money will be paid over.12. Letter was emailed Friday morning the 01/02/2013. 13.The consultant said by 12 o'clock the funds will be transferred. 14 No money showed this morning and when phoning was told by the consultant that my employer must phone to confirm my salary. 14. Now ti is suddenly declined by credit because my salary is paid in cash.
