POETRY CARD MACHINE ERROR

I purchased a dress from Poetry on 07/07/2013. I paid the dress with my Standard Bank card. I received a Sms form Standard Bank to confirm that the money was transferred from my bank account to Poetry`s account. Poetry`s card machine gave an error receipt, so Poetry refused to give me the dress and said that the money will reflect back in my bank account a few days later. I still don`t have my dress or my money back. I emailed Poetry my bank statement to proof that the money was deducted from my Standard Bank account into Poetry`s account. I also contacted the shop, they told me that it has happened to more than one of their clients before. This service is unacceptable!!! I demand my money back from Poetry (R499.00)!!! I have waited almost a week now!!!
