HELP, HOW MANY MORE TIMES MUST I GO IN

I am now totally fed up and is at the point where it will be less effort to change my Bank account to another bank. Sure, I will stand there in line as well but how many times must I return to one bank to get a simple instruction done.

A few days go I went to the above branch (for the 2nd time) to get them to send me sms'e when there is any movement on my account. I stood in line for quite some time. When I eventually came to the front, the number they had on there system the pope alone know who it belongs too, so he changed everything to the right number and assured me it is now 100% - guess waht - still getting nothing.

This is a waste of my time and I am not happy and I will not go and stand in a row again. Mind you the Absa awards he loaded correctly because the fee wa almost immediately deducted. if I do not get a response that will be the final straw, I will go and stand in FNB row and change everything to them.
