Nedbank
Unlawful debit deduction

Am on unpaid sick leave as from September 2012 up to date and i have a personal loan with Nedbank. I phoned them to ask them to stop debiting my account so that i could do manual payment with an arranged low premium. I contacted them by the 18th October 2012 until the 26th October 2012 for arrangements. I talked with Nomthandaso, Nicol, Sbongile, Zakhile, Nondumiso and Mashudu but all in vain. On the 16th November 2012 i made an arrangement with Lebogang to pay R1700, 00 to show commitment (Ref no 604408). I then contacted complaints department about the treatment i got (Ref CCT459575). I did it with Yvonne Dlamini. On the 22nd November 2012 Yolanda Eckard contacted me with the follow up to the problem. On the 26th November 2012 Sheleen called me about the problem. In December 2012 R1700, 00 was debited.
January 2013 R3920, 00 was debited. On the 5th Febuaryy 2013 Cheslyn called and said that there is nothing she can do about the problem. On the 8th February 2013 i made arrangements with Tshepo to pay R1700, 00. On the 25th Fbruary 2013 R3920, 00 was debited from my account. I called and Cheslyn said she won't be able to help in any way all they want is their money.
