Regarding my personal Loan with Nedbank

Called in Oct 2012 to update new banking details, got told that I can't do telephonically only at branches. Went to Greenstone branch to do payment as well as updating the details. Nov 25th 2012 the debit order didn't go off, called in 27th November 2012 at 2pm and spoke to Lebogang kompi, he advised me to make manual payment and gave me the details for internet transfer, payment was made 27th Nov 2012 at 2 & send Lebogang proof of payment via email. Updated again with him for 25th (all of a sudden it was possibletelephonically), Reived calls early Dec that my account is in arrears, spoken to Pola, send her the proof of payment via fax, never got back to me. A week later another call from Busi same problem account in arrears, Send her proof of payment via fax, also didn't get back to me.
Received an sms that Dec installment will go off 21/12/2012, due to early salary in Dec. Got sms Jan 18 2012 "remember promise to make payment on the 22/01/2013 with account number. I alled AGAIN and spoke to Zuron and stated that I get paid on the 25th as my conversation to many consultants. THE INSTALLMENT WENT OFF 22/01/2013. Bank charges of R172 for bounced debit order. I want my R172!
