Lack of response, bad customer treatment

On the 18th of February I called the helpline to enquire as to why my account was not debited with one of my three policy payments. I was told that it was due to a change of bank details in August 2012.

I voiced my opinion on the poor service and organised after struggling to get a call from an agent for the amounts to be debited immediately as to keep all policies up to date. I was assured in October that ALL policies were up to date after the immediate debit as of that specific date.

I called the helpline again on the 18th of February and it took me 13minutes to get through. I was informed that the Max investment had been put on hold because one payment was missed in September 2012 although debit ran for every month after that accept in January. The lady forwarded the relevant documents to be filled in and gave me a fax number to send it to as the their email had a back log of 5 days. I sent through the signed documents the same day. I sent the same lady an email on the 25th to say nobody had contacted me. She replied with an email saying someone would contact me in 5 days time. It is the 5th of February 2013 still nobody has contacted me???
