After waiting along time to get car I wanted I phone virgin to take insure throw them after I ask more then 3 times if I'm covered and it was confirmed by the call center manager after reading throw the email to see if every thing was in place it stated that I'm a disaloude driver on the car but I'm the policy holder I phone the call center and one agin they confirm that I'm covered but I insisted that they must sent me confirmation that I'm covered then only they said I'm not covered I feel that they are not supplying correct information. And then they still phone me after I canceled to offer me insurance. I had lot of respect for the brand VIRGIN but I lost my respect due to this very very bad experience. I would like to report but don't know where!
