Bad response

Due to bad reporting on there side I paid my account last year according to what they told me so that they could "just sort out my account" eventually I R1056-14 was paid too much. On the 4th of February I called them to close my account and to transfer the credit to my bank account. I Faxed the refund & account closing letter to them on the 4th of February and when I tried to phone them (were I stayed on the line for half an hour) still no response as to when I can receive my money back and close this account
