I have a OST account and want to close it as I have another investment account with another bank. I have to move my shares before I would be able to close this account. Now I don't have a large holding still in my OST account but I don't want to sell it in order to close the account and I'm willing to pay the transfer fees applicable. I have however made various attempts to get feedback from OST with no success. I have also indicated that I will not be paying any further monthly account fees as I have made provision for enough time for OST to be able to do the transfer and close the account.
