Poor service, harrassment, threats

I have had a Discovery Life insurance policy since 2009, which were handled reasonably well by Discovery until I decided to change banks in 2012.

When I moved from one bank to the other, my new bank formally informed all the companies that I had debit orders with of the change in banking details. This was done officially by the bank, on a bank letter head etc. The only company which didn't accept this change was Discovery Life and until today they stubbornly refuse to deduct the monthly debit order from my new banking account. I have called, send numerous emails advising them again and again but they refuse to be of any help and the customer service is non existent.

As I am not using the bank account from which they keep on deducting the debit order, the debit order OBVIOUSLY will be returned but in stead of correcting the problem from their side, Discovery reverted to email and sms harassment, false accusations and threats to get me to put money into a bank account I no longer want to use, because they are unable to accommodate my change in banking details.

Discovery Life also reply to emails with an automated message promising feedback within 24 hours, which they don't do.
