False advertising /no common sense

I moved from my bank which i was with for over 12 years to fnb last year, because of all the "great offers" there where advertising. i moved my cheque account with no issues, my plan was to move all my accounts to fnb i wanted to move my credit cards they declined - the reason is because i cannot afford it??? i mean im paying for 2 credit cards i wanted to move them to one fnb credit card

when i applied after holding on for some time they said did all checks and said i cannot afford it, i then explained to them that i will settle my 2 credit cards and pay for one, they then said i they will have to escalate the application so it can be done manually i sent through the documents twice and after 3 WEEKS the said the same thing!!! im really disappointed

regret moving my bank!!!
