Poor service delivery

I Sent a e/mail to A.I.G.on Monday enquiring about a Policy lapse for a car accident plan (the premiums are still being deducted) for Mrs EM Zietsman they were supposed to give feed back with in 48 hours, and this has not happened to date. You can not get hold of them on the phone because the automated system keeps waffling on.
Frustrating to say the least. Once the policy is sold they just forget about you.
