Told to move my account

I applied for a credit card with a petrol card linked to it. It was done via phone and approved. I bank with fnb for years. I was told to fax 3months bank statemennts and I'd I did that twice and emailed it. When I after 2 days phoned to find out I was told in no uncerten tone to rather move my account if I can't wait. This from a back that inform public you can move youre account to them under 20min and have bank cards in 3 days but I can't get my approved cards from them
