Trying to get new cards is a headache

On the 20th January i was robbed of my wallet which included my Platinum Cheque, credit and Fuel Cards. I cancelled my cards immediately and got a sms notification of my request to cancel my cards. On the 21st (Monday) at around lunch time i left work to go to the bank to sort out new cards. I filled in all the forms and signed some documents and left with the knowledge that my new cards would be arriving soon. I received a call the next day from the card division at the bank they forgot to get me to sign another document i must come back. Being unable to return until Friday i was informed that there was no record of me having applied for any new cards. After signing more documents am told they cant order my credit cards i need to phone the FNB Credit Card division and order over the phone, thanks for telling me the first time. On phoning them from the FNB phone outside the bank they ask for my ID, address which i provide and then they ask for my credit limit which i give them only to be told they need the exact figure or they wont help. After lots of ranting and raving and some bad language a lady inside the bank ordered my cards for me. 8 days later my cards arrive at the branch.
