User error or system error??? You tell me

My husband and I went to Nedbank Meyersdal on the 22nd July, to change our account types and some other admin. Reason for the change is huge bank charges on my dezign cheque account, so we wanted to change to savvy accounts. Chriselda told us that it would take 3-5 days for the cards to get to us. I remember this because I had to go do shopping and asked her if my current card would still work.

For the past five weeks we both have been receiving sms's that our garage cards have been delivered but not a word about our cheque cards. Obviously we would like to collect both at the same time. So we went today to find out what the heck is going on before more bank charges get taken off.

For some reason, there were 4 garage cards for me: 3 debit and 1 credit garage card and still no cheque cards.? I had to sign for the first one but have no idea if it is debit or credit. It has been 27 working days later and no cheque cards. Today, Chriselda tells us that it takes the card 3-5 days to get to the bank, then what? Apparently she kept on trying to load it and "the system" says failed.

We are not paying more bank charges... this service will make me go to another bank...
